Reference designs demonstrate 3kW to 12kW power supply units achieving 97.5% peak efficiency and power densities up to 100 W/in3. These designs leverage the unique combination of CoolSiC (silicon carbide), CoolGaN (gallium nitride), and CoolMOS (silicon superjunction) technologies, with bridgeless totem-pole PFC and LLC resonant converter topologies. Full digital control is implemented using XMC microcontrollers.
